The Opinion of innovativeness context
The Opinion of innovativeness is designed for entrepreneurs who plan to purchase or implement new technologies. It is an objective, independent expert opinion on the desired technology which the company intends to implement pursuing new investment.
According to the tax regulations, a technology innovation should be confirmed by the opinion of an independent scientific unit of the taxpayer. Centre for Research and Development GLOKOR LTD. Ltd. has the authority to issue such opinion as research and development unit according to Art. 2, par. 9 lit.f) of the Act of 30 April 2010 on the Principles of Financing Science (Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] No. 96/2010 item. 615).
The opinion of innovativeness is being issues for the following purposes:
- Technology credit,
- Technology tax incentive,
- European funds acquisition,
- Promotion of the company.
